1. Prayer: One of our organization's foundational beliefs is in the power of prayer. We also warmly recommend fasting, as Jesus himself did, as a powerful ally to prayer.

3. Volunteer: There are many ways you can help support this apostolate. Please ask one of the Una Voce Sudbury members where the help is needed most. Liturgically, we are especially interested in having young men (and boys) come forward to serve at the altar; and those who wish to learn Gregorian Chant may consider joining the choir.
